All our apartments are fully equipped. In the enclosed plan you can see the distribution of our apartments.

The apartments are divided into categories based on the number of bedrooms:

• A-B-C = 2 bedrooms apartment
• D = 3 bedrooms apartment
• E = 1 bedroom  apartment

Prices by season.

PRICES FOR MINIMUM STAYS OF 1 WEEK

JULY AND AUGUST, MINIMUM STAY 2 WEEKS

1^ST FORTNIGHT: Arrivals the 1st and departures the 15th before noon.

2^nd FORTNIGHT: Arrivals the 17th and departures the 31st before noon.

MONTH: Arrivals the 1st between noon and 15’00hours and departures the 31st before noon.

HALF/HALF: Arrivals on the 17th between noon and 15’00 hours and departures the 15th of the following month before noon.

Special winter rates

RENTING CONDITIONS

Total rent payment.- The payment will be made the day of arrival when checking-in and delivering the keys. The deposit sent for reservation will be deducted.

Warranty Deposit.- We ask for a deposit of 120 Euros which will be refunded to you the checking-out day, once the apartment has been verified.

Cleaning of the apartment.- The apartment is delivered clean and with bed linen and towels. There will be a linen change once per week.

Capacity of the apartment.-

1 bedroom 3 people maximum

2 bedrooms 5 people maximum

3 bedrooms 7 people maximum

Confirmation of bookings.- To confirm the booking we need a deposit of 25% which you can send by Bank transfer.
